Job Summary

Provide high-visibility on-site support for semiconductor process equipment, including installations, system diagnoses, and repairs. Partner with customers to develop leading-edge processes for advanced chip manufacturing, creating hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyzing data statistically, and writing reports. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve difficult process and product problems.

•Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment.
•Work with customers to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips.

•Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
•2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Proficiency communicating in English.
•Ability to create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE) and analyze data with statistics.
•Master’s degree or PhD in a related field (preferred).
