Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a global asset management strategy, including the lifecycle model and the data tracked for each device across offices.
  • •Select, implement, and administer an asset management tool, defining its data model and integrations and partnering with IT Engineering for platform-level access.
  • •Establish and maintain the inventory of record, run audits to reconcile physical counts, and manage demo/loaner/travel device inventories.
  • •Support hardware procurement and refresh, including advancing refresh calendars across offices and reconciling purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices with Accounting and vendors.
  • •Build and operate collection, e-waste, and secure disposal workflows, and run day-to-day operations for the corporate mobile program including runbooks and carrier relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

  • •Have implemented an asset management and lifecycle program for a multi-office fleet across procurement, inventory of record, assignment, refresh, collection, and disposal.
  • •Select or implement an asset management platform (e.g., Jira Assets, Snipe-IT) and develop the asset data model and integrations.
  • •Run an e-waste or secure disposal program using certified partners, including chain-of-custody records and data destruction evidence.
  • •Manage reseller or vendor relationships for hardware purchasing and asset disposal.
  • •Write runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles, and route work to the right teams when requests exceed scope.
