Own a product vertical end-to-end for a Neobank Superapp, covering strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and technical design through delivery. Partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance to ship reliable, auditable money-movement features under regulated constraints. Balance correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX while defining how AI is evaluated and kept human-controlled when needed. Launch per partner and regulatory gates with feature flags.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end-to-end, including outcomes and metrics, value/risk/dependency-driven prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria.
•Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), reliability, and performance.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, or operations.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs (licensing, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy).
•Apply AI where it earns its place by defining allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop behavior, evaluation, and safe handling when unsure.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgment and decisiveness under ambiguity.
•Strong technical foundation in system design (APIs, datastores, queues/workflows, failure modes, and concurrency) and the ability to challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance.
•Hands-on AI judgment with LLM-based products, including defining evaluation approaches and understanding when a model must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: an engineer or highly-technical PM background and experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products.
