  • •Set the direction and opportunities for products in Poland and collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver the best solutions.
  • •Develop and execute market expansion and winning strategies for product localisation, working closely with Product Managers and Product Engineers.
  • •Oversee the Poland branch and operations, providing leadership and alignment across functions to ensure smooth entity operations.
  • •Lead regulatory engagement and licensing/regulatory compliance work, including managing applications and ongoing authorisation requirements.
  • •Drive strong governance by representing Wise in Poland, participating in committees/board meetings, managing partner relationships, and orchestrating responses to critical incidents.
