Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, available applications using Ruby on Rails, Java, or Clojure.
  • •Work with product management to design or simplify Vault APIs.
  • •Write clean, functional front-end and back-end code for web features and services.
  • •Build and maintain client-side and server-side components including REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and real-time job processing systems and batches.
  • •Participate in Agile development (Scrum), focusing on test-driven development, automation, and refactoring/rewrite of existing codebases using standard development tools and CI/CD.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •2+ years backend web services, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
  • •2+ years backend development in Java or JVM environments.
  • •Experience using Git (or other version control systems).
  • •Experience with AWS cloud services, including S3 object storage and Lambda functions.
