Job Summary

Join the Site Operations team as an Inventory Specialist to maintain the Memphis-area warehouse for xAI. You’ll organize inventory, manage RMAs, perform accurate data entry, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure efficient, accurate asset tracking for data center infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize and maintain the Site Operations warehouse area, including shelving, labeling, and optimizing space utilization.
•Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, including inspection, documentation, and coordination with vendors for returns and repairs.
•Perform accurate data entry for inventory tracking, receipts, shipments, and asset management using internal systems.
•Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
•Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of hardware, parts, and supplies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency
•2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
•Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems
•Familiarity with RMA processes and vendor coordination
•Experience in a data center or technology warehouse environment and proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle or similar systems)
