Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand business processes and propose improvements through requirements gathering and scoping.
  • •Educate teams on requested functionality, ensure timely business requirement delivery, and manage resource load for the CRM Engineering team.
  • •Act as solution architect: determine level of effort, provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and optimize performance.
  • •Negotiate scope based on capacity allocation and strategic alignment, and review code to suggest best practices and new design patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
  • •5 years of experience as a Software Developer using HTML5, XML, Web Services, RESTful services, Web API, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • •Experience with JSON and Salesforce Field Service.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • •Ability to understand business processes, propose improvements, and gather requirements to establish project/workstream resources.
