Job Summary

Support the buying function with analytical leadership across channels to meet category/classification targets for inventory, margins, turns, and promotions. Drive assortment efficiency and provide seasonal hindsight and foresight insights for GTM and demand forecasting. Own size profiles, monitor sell-out performance, and recommend actions to improve profitability. Partner with Retail Planning and Allocation on receipt “chasing/reflowing,” ensure accurate structured reporting, identify risks, and help implement new systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and provide analytical leadership on buying strategies and monitor product performance across channels to achieve financial/category targets.
•Drive assortment efficiency improvements through buy-to-sell-through, including RSP opportunities, volume drivers, and market adaptations.
•Develop seasonal hindsight/foresight category insights to inform GTM processes and demand forecasting.
•Create and maintain size profiles, manage sizing requests (size grid changes, size-out investigations), and optimize inventory by tracking sales and sizing trends.
•Track and analyze weekly seasonal sell-out performance, compile reporting deliverables, identify inventory/demand/operational risks, and communicate mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of retail experience in a buyer, merchant, or buying role.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret multiple data points across channels and market segments.
•Advanced understanding of retail mathematics and Open to Buy.
•Foundation in replenishment, allocations, merchandising, and/or retail fashion store management.
•Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, LOOKUP, charts/graphs), with SQL & BI tools as an advantage.
