Job Summary

Define and develop innovative satellite communication solutions across the full lifecycle—from concept through deployment and ongoing service management. Partner closely with customers, product developers, engineering, procurement, and sales to shape requirements and market-fit, support RFP shaping, and guide make/buy/partner portfolio decisions. Steer R&D allocation, influence early development spend, and provide domain consultancy while translating complex technical concepts into clear business propositions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and develop innovative satellite communication solutions aligned with Space Digital strategy and markets.
•Own the solution lifecycle from conceptualization through deployment and ongoing service management.
•Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to secure accurate requirements definition and support business case development and key campaign input.
•Support Sales with customer RFP shaping and optimization, comparing actual capabilities to expectations.
•Maximize solution competitiveness and profitability by guiding portfolio decisions and steering R&D allocation for early developments.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution management, product management, or technical pre-sales within the satellite communication industry.
•Demonstrable expertise in SATCOM ground segment technologies, space segment capabilities, and network architectures.
•Strong understanding of SATCOM applications and services.
•Strong understanding of customer and satellite services market dynamics and requirements.
•Fluent in English and French; proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business propositions.
