Controls Algorithm Engineer

Develop control strategies and algorithms for next-generation HVAC equipment controls, translating product requirements into technical specifications for software development and verification. Lead dynamic controls testing with test planning, lab support, and data analysis, and execute hardware-in-loop testing. Apply model-driven development methods and collaborate with product management and application engineering to ensure teams understand and implement design strategies. Support work onsite most days, with limited travel overnight (<5%).
