Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client-first service by engaging clients in in-person and phone conversations and delivering customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and make sales/referral recommendations that support clients’ goals.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Knowledge of consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
