Key Requirements

  • •Master Atlassian Cloud systems and architect them for enterprise scale (no on-prem/data center Atlassian systems in house).
  • •3+ years hands-on experience administering, engineering, and scaling Atlassian Cloud in an enterprise/scale-up environment, plus experience as a Business IT Engineer.
  • •Hands-on experience with Assets (formerly Insight), advanced automation tools (native, JMWE, ScriptRunner), and REST APIs.
  • •Experience with apps like Extension for JSM, EazyBI, and Xray is highly desired, along with scripting in Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable consulting with internal users and advocating sustainable best practices.
