Job Summary

Join the Technical Services Systems Integration team as an entry-level specialist, learning to own portions of installations and support less complex break/fix incidents. You’ll work with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements by handling smaller configuration and installation tasks, and assist senior engineers during project lifecycles while building toward associate-level certification and stronger technical and business knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn to own portions of installations and handle less complex break/fix incidents across the project lifecycle.
•Work jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
•Action less complex configurations and installations.
•Attend to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
•Provide support alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Entry-level experience in a similar role, preferably within a global IT services organization.
•Basic understanding of technical design principles.
•Strong learning orientation with good verbal communication and client service orientation.
•Some exposure to deployments and understanding of two or more technologies (e.g., Data Center, Networking, Security, Collaboration, Customer experience, End User Compute).
