Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (retail stores), including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
•Manage relationships with recruitment vendors (BPO/RPO) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
•Support Workday system implementation and ongoing operational tasks within TA.
•Produce and present weekly recruitment trackers and monthly analytics to inform talent strategy.

Key Requirements

•Lead full life cycle recruitment for retail store roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering to ensure effective recruitment service.
•Coordinate daily with BPO and RPO project managers to ensure delivery and quality of recruitment vendors meeting business needs.
•Provide market knowledge and insights to continuously improve recruitment practices and talent attraction.
•Assist in vendor exploration to enhance talent attraction and efficiency of recruitment processes.
•Generate and analyze weekly recruitment tracking and monthly data (sourcing channels, leading time, fulfill rate) to support strategic decisions.
