Job Summary

Own the full customer-issue lifecycle while driving consumer sales and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers. Spend most of your time deepening and growing relationships through outreach, appointments, referrals, prospecting, and account opening using BUILD/BUILD 2.0. Protect customer privacy and security, follow compliance and audit guidelines, and support day-to-day customer experience through single-contact problem resolution and team coaching.

Key Responsibilities

•Deepen consumer relationships by onboarding customers, making outbound calls, generating appointments, identifying partner referrals, and uncovering consumer lending opportunities with an emphasis on real estate secured.
•Grow consumer relationships by managing assigned top customers, using marketing campaigns, requesting referrals and promoting the Refer-A-Friend program, using research/tools for prospecting, and using BUILD/BUILD 2.0 for account openings.
•Champion operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, covering NSF/OD and fee retention conversations, following cash-handling/teller differences/dual control guidelines, and adhering to audit guidelines.
•Drive personal development by taking ownership of growth, practicing BUILD/BUILD 2.0 skills, building product knowledge, staying informed on internal resources, and completing required trainings.
•Deliver customer experience daily by living core values, increasing team sales effectiveness through outbound calling, promptly resolving issues as the single contact, and maintaining conduct and account integrity.

Key Requirements

•A high school diploma or equivalent.
•5+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals and delivering high client service while meeting operational expectations.
•Excellent communication skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, and strong relationship-building abilities.
•Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
