Key Requirements

  • •Have owned growth for a vertical, ideally Education, or a market at scale by building the system, not only executing plans.
  • •Have built or scaled a vertical/segment/market at an international or multi-market level and can explain the growth levers.
  • •Think in activation, retention, and habit formation (not just awareness or top-line sales).
  • •Be credible in Education contexts (K-12 and higher ed) or show you can get there quickly.
  • •Navigate both grassroots education environments and strategic partner/stakeholder/government contexts while thriving cross-functionally.
