Key Responsibilities

•Lead the network deployment workforce: hire, grow, and run engineers and technicians turning up fabrics site after site.
•Own team allocation across concurrent sites so every turn-up is staffed for its window.
•Build an onboarding pipeline that brings network technicians to hyperscale turn-up quality in days.
•Own on-call, travel rotation, and team health for a workforce that lives where the builds are.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 291,000 annually

•Have staffed concurrent projects from a shared team without burnout.
•Have built onboarding programs that made new hires productive in days.
•Have experience maintaining team retention, with evidence team members followed across companies.
