Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain tools to analyze delivery, capacity, and cost problems to inform planning, supply chain, test, and operations decisions.
  • •Define and develop department-level metrics to quantify operational health and drive improvements in reliability, cost, and agility.
  • •Design and maintain data visualizations using Grafana and Power BI.
  • •Support ad-hoc leadership analysis for headcount, labor allocation, cost-saving, and project management decisions.
  • •Lead process improvement initiatives to minimize waste, increase cost savings and safety, improve agility, and remove production hurdles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain role.
  • •1+ years of experience using Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis or project scheduling.
  • •Willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed based on operational needs.
  • •Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
