Own and drive a priority small-business digital product area from concept to launch. Translate product strategy into customer journeys, requirements, backlogs, MVP scope, release plans, and success metrics while partnering across product, business, technology, design, analytics, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams. Conduct customer and market discovery, define and prioritize features, run pilots and experimentation, track adoption and engagement, and ensure integrations with Huntington’s human channel teams.
