Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for HVAC works (AHUs, ventilation, smoke exhaust, chilled water, cooling water, cleanroom HVAC, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
  • •Participate in HVAC and cleanroom design reviews, focusing on cleanliness, temperature/humidity, pressure differentials, and air change rates.
  • •Lead preparation of HVAC technical specifications for tendering, and participate in equipment selection and technical bid evaluation.
  • •Track procurement and manufacturing progress of key equipment such as chillers, AHUs, fans, and pumps, and fully manage on-site HVAC installation during construction.
  • •Supervise key process quality (duct fabrication, insulation installation, equipment mounting) and organize testing, balancing, integrated commissioning, as-built documentation, and cleanroom certification/handovers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HVAC engineering experience with full-cycle project management background (semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects preferred).
  • •Familiar with the full process of industrial plant HVAC and cleanroom systems (design, tendering, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation).
  • •Experience preparing HVAC technical RFPs and participating in bid evaluation.
  • •Familiarity with cleanroom standards and validation procedures, plus strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate multiple parties.
