Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of project scope, budget, resources, and timeframe as approved by Gatekeepers
  • •Utilize portfolio management tools to plan and control content, resources, and costs in collaboration with the project team
  • •Break down larger initiatives into manageable sub-projects and ensure agreed planning is executed in consultation with competency owners
  • •Facilitate and drive key decisions to successfully complete each Project Stage
  • •Create, maintain, and deliver up-to-date project documentation in strict accordance with SOPs
