Regional Operations Manager - Consumer (Must reside in NM)

Lead operational excellence and regulatory compliance across a regional network of 12–16 retail branches. Serve as an operational advisor and subject-matter expert for policies, procedures, internal controls, and branch review readiness. Use operational data and trend analysis to forecast risk, drive performance improvements, and manage remediation planning. Oversee readiness and change management for retail M&A and transformation projects, including onboarding and branch optimization, while coordinating with Compliance, Security, and key support teams.
