Job Summary

Lead a team of AI hyperspecialist solutions engineers to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that translate customer needs into technical architectures and drive revenue. Own pre-sales technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for prospective customers. Guide customer enablement for integrating AI/ML APIs, models, and platforms, while building reusable solution architectures and collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of solutions engineers/architects, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill development plans.
•Oversee pre-sales technical discovery, solution design, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective customers evaluating AI products.
•Enable customers to integrate AI/ML APIs, models, or platforms into their existing systems.
•Develop reusable solution architectures, demo environments, and best practices for AI use cases such as RAG, agents, fine-tuning, and automation.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and act as an escalation point for complex technical objections or implementation blockers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 235,300 - 301,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
•Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, model APIs, and prompt engineering.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and integration technologies (APIs, SDKs, webhooks).
•Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical/executive audiences.
