Job Summary

Design and develop trend-right handbags and accessories for the Women’s line from concept to production, blending market insights with brand strategy. Create hand sketches, CADs, and technical drawings; present concepts to Design leadership; and partner with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production to ensure on-time, premium-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop trend-right, elevated products from concept to production, reviewing designs with designers and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
•Create and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and design packages; manage specification changes and update documentation as needed.
•Develop and present design concepts, prototypes, and samples to Design leadership and cross-functional partners; communicate design intent and seasonal vision.
•Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production to support successful product execution and timely decision-making.
•Follow products through the commercialization process, track changes, and refine existing collections as needed.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•The candidate must have at least 5 years of design experience with handbags, small leather goods, and/or products.
•Strong Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint/Microsoft Office skills to communicate concepts, create specs and presentations.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Comfortable speaking and presenting to team leaders and global cross-functional partners.
•Ability to research markets, consumer insights, materials, silhouettes, and emerging trends to inform seasonal design direction.
