Key Responsibilities

  • •Designs, maintains, and executes functional, regression, integration, API, and UI test cases.
  • •Develops and maintains automated UI/API test scripts using approved automation frameworks.
  • •Performs defect identification, documentation, triage, and root-cause analysis, collaborating with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
  • •Plans and participates in backlog grooming and requirement reviews to ensure testability and clarity, verifying features against acceptance criteria and NFRs before release.
  • •Runs smoke tests, sanity tests, release validation, and executes performance, load, and security test scenarios when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • •5–7 years of QA/testing experience in software development, using Python or Golang.
  • •ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent).
  • •Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, hands-on test management tools, and automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress (or similar).
  • •Strong API testing skills (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and working knowledge of SQL/databases and CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
