Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice in Management Consulting, shaping growth strategy, client pipeline, and market positioning.
  • •Originate, sell, and deliver Maintenance Advisory work by developing client relationships, shaping solutions, leading pursuits, and supporting revenue objectives.
  • •Provide executive-level strategic advice, lead client presentations/workshops/interviews, and serve as proposal lead and technical advisor for maintenance projects.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality deliverables such as maintenance assessments, reliability-centered maintenance, asset lifecycle strategies, and maintenance budget forecasts.
  • •Lead reliability-centered maintenance studies and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) / FMECA work, and develop maintenance-related methodologies and internal training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Systems Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • •10+ years of post-education experience in a closely related role.
  • •Minimum 8 years directly managing hands-on maintenance teams, reliability engineers, or workshop supervisors in asset-intensive organizations.
  • •Proven success implementing maintenance strategy and operational changes in multi-million dollar asset-intensive organizations.
  • •Extensive experience developing and overseeing condition-based or reliability-centered maintenance programs across one or more infrastructure sectors.
