Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
  • •Promote and sell event promotions/upsells such as parking, Fast Lane, lawn chairs rentals, VIP seating and upgrades, and related offerings.
  • •Assist the Ancillary Revenue Supervisor with setup and breakdown (e.g., cabanas, signs, tables, tents) as needed.
  • •Check pre-purchased tickets or passes for authenticity using provided criteria.
  • •Handle credit card transactions, balance out shifts, and count physical inventory before and after events.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • •Have at least 2 years of guest service and communications experience (preferred).
  • •Have prior sales or cash handling experience (a plus).
  • •Be familiar with iPhone and iPad technology and have strong communication, judgment, tact, and attention to detail.
