Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement new customers and consult existing customers on PrismHR solutions and best practices.
  • •Own the customer relationship by understanding business requirements and guiding customers on how to implement PrismHR solutions from technical and industry perspectives.
  • •Document requirements in functional design documents and maintain detailed notes related to customer projects, including Statements of Work.
  • •Independently manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust solutions in an Agile environment; deliver presentations remotely and in person at customer and industry events.

Salary: USD 57,000 - 77,340 annually
