Support Kraft Heinz and Kroger collaboration by coordinating vendor PO management, KPI tracking, and data integrity across supply chain systems. Drive on-time deliveries, optimize warehouse and transportation planning, and collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply to enable efficient item fulfillment and discontinuations. Utilize analytics tools to monitor disruptions and improve cost-to-serve.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate and manage vendor purchase orders utilizing Kroger replenishment software
•Manage to core KPIs; upstream out of stocks, distribution center days of supply, service level, on time delivery and aged inventory, DC inventory levels, and store in stock position
•Serve as central point of contact to ensure continual connectivity and high levels of execution between Kroger and supplier
•Enable vendor on-time delivery performance including managing DC inbound capacity and management of PO delivery scheduling utilizing Kroger and supplier supply chain tools
•Manage master supply chain data within Kroger and supplier systems to ensure truckload optimization and supply chain efficiencies

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,800 - 97,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Supply Chain Management or related field
•1-5 years of education and related experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management, transportation or supply/operations planning
•Ability to build strong interpersonal internal and external relationships
•Requires strong problem-solving skills
•Strong communication (oral, written, presentation) and advanced proficiency in analytics tools (SAP, Power BI, Oracle)
