General Procurement Manager

Own end-to-end procurement for a large-scale infrastructure programme, coordinating with the Supply Market Team to build procurement plans, select suppliers, and manage contracts. Serve as first point of contact for procurement, oversee tendering (including e-tendering), run evaluation panels, and ensure approvals, award notifications, and contract execution. Maintain compliant documentation and contract registers while reporting progress to leadership and project controls.
