Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as first point of contact for all procurement and deliver procurement activities as directed by the General Procurement Lead.
  • •Coordinate with the Supply Market Team to create procurement plans, manage supplier selection, and influence the overall procurement budget.
  • •Produce compliant procurement and tender documentation, including pre-qualification questionnaires, tender lists, and briefing packs.
  • •Prepare and manage tender evaluation panels and provide recommendations for contract awards, including invitations to tender, handling queries, and coordinating contract execution.
  • •Maintain contract registers and ensure documents are updated and compliant while providing monthly procurement progress reports to leadership and project controls.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a procurement manager on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience in public sector e-procurement and associated constraints.
  • •Experience managing a team for assurance or procurement.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement of EU Procurement Directives and Irish National Regulations and laws, including construction procurement.
  • •Ability to draft complex contract terms and commercial principles, including supplies, services, and framework agreements.
