Lead AI literacy initiatives for eCommerce, translating business problems into AI solutions, monitoring AI ROI, and providing insights on technology trends and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall IT business partnership and product ownership for the eCommerce business function.
•Ensure secure and sustainable IT service delivery and continuity through operational excellence.
•Partner with Global IT Director to define business needs/benefits and develop IT digital and strategy roadmaps for transformation.
•Own digital and technology transformation strategy and roadmaps for relevant applications within enterprise architecture standards and governance.
•Provide leadership to build AI literacy in eCommerce, translate business problems into AI solutions, and measure/report on AI ROI.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting or leading transformational programmes, managing technical change, operating processes, business models, and people.
•Up-to-date knowledge of AI and experience applying AI within eCommerce.
•Lead teams across business analysis, solution architecture, development management, and project management to create architectural roadmaps and competencies.
•Deep product knowledge of SAP Hybris, Adobe Commerce, or Magento (advantageous).
•Knowledge of integration and security for eCommerce, including ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, plus cyber risk, data privacy, and fraud technologies.
