Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, prioritize, delegate, and supervise day-to-day operations and project activities for a global team of infrastructure engineers.
  • •Own the infrastructure budget and partner with Finance on expenditures, forecasts, capacity planning, licensing, and infrastructure investments.
  • •Monitor on-prem and cloud infrastructure to optimize availability, capacity, performance, security, reliability, and cost.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure components including hardware, operating systems, databases, virtualization, storage, and backup systems; manage data center operations and resilience.
  • •Design and continuously improve cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, implementing hybrid-cloud architecture, AI-assisted automation/AIOps, and secure infrastructure standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •5–7 years of people-management experience and 5–7 years of IT infrastructure experience.
  • •Hands-on data center and hybrid-cloud experience, including leading distributed technical teams.
  • •Experience with VMware/vSphere and AWS; Azure or GCP knowledge preferred.
  • •Experience with Terraform and SaltStack or Ansible, plus monitoring/observability and automated remediation.
