Job Summary

Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance spares and tooling to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the most cost-effective way. Review forecasts and reorder proposals for A/C Checks, set re-order levels for consumables, manage rotable float using Poisson’s calculations, and monitor fleet defects. Support LMP/LRU provisioning, shelf-life and scrap actions in ERP, and ensure spares readiness for induction, return to service, and end-of-lease projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Review part forecasts for A & C Check and initiate procurement requests to ensure spares availability at optimum cost.
•Set re-order levels and ordering quantities for consumables to maintain service levels and cost-effective inventory.
•Evaluate and monitor float levels for rotable spare parts using Poisson’s calculations.
•Monitor fleet defects, shelf-life expiry items, and scrap transactions in ERP; initiate justified replenishment actions.
•Implement stocking methods (pool inclusion, consignment stock allocations) and coordinate actions for discrepancies and aircraft induction/return to service/end-of-lease projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or equivalent technical degree or minimum 3 years aviation inventory management experience.
•Experience in aircraft technical material planning, procurement, and supplier management.
•Understanding of technical manuals such as IPC, ITEM, and MPD, and familiarity with RSPLs, W-File, spare repair/warranty, OEM support contracts (SSC, PSAA), and lease return requirements.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different multicultural environments and work under pressure.
•Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI knowledge with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
