Job Summary

Support Wood’s Projects business as a Piping Engineer working on a site approximately 150 km from Riyadh. Own piping design activities including plant layout and piping stress concepts, originate and revise engineering deliverables, and check outputs against procedures, standards, and checklists. Coordinate with the Project Manager and other disciplines, conduct site visits to verify conditions and as-builts, and supervise junior engineers.

•Perform piping design, including plant layout and piping stress concepts, considering construction, maintenance, and operability requirements.
•Originate new and revise existing engineering deliverables, and revise/check them against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
•Coordinate and interface with the Project Manager and other team members, and incorporate inputs from other disciplines as needed.
•Conduct site visits to verify site conditions and mark up drawings/perform as-built activities.
•Supervise engineering work produced by juniors and support deliverables submission with required quality checks and record management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in piping engineering.
•Saudi Aramco project experience.
•Experience conducting and participating in 3D Model Review Sessions.
•Strong understanding of piping engineering standards, specifications, and industry best practices.
