Support daily operations for TikTok Shop fulfillment centers across the U.S. Midwest/Southeast/South Region by managing inbound and outbound exceptions and resolving merchant and logistics issues within SLA targets. Coordinate with third-party logistics partners and internal cross-functional teams, improve SOPs, and track KPIs. Monitor returns dwell times and site performance metrics, gather merchant/LSP feedback, and supervise site operations to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily inbound and outbound exceptions for Midwest/Southeast/South Region fulfillment centers.
•Coordinate with merchant and quality teams to resolve merchant or logistics issues within SLA targets.
•Partner with TT site managers and third-party logistics LSP points of contact to improve SOPs and achieve KPIs for exception handling.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to gather merchant and LSP feedback and identify process improvement opportunities.
•Monitor returns dwell times, site performance metrics, and provide daily on-site supervision to address issues and maintain service levels.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Experience in warehouse management, merchant success, or customer experience within a logistics framework, focused on small and medium-sized one-piece dropshipping businesses.
•Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•E-commerce logistics experience (preferred).
•Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (preferred).
