Job Summary

Supervise a shared services payroll team and coordinate central payroll processing for approximately 9,000 employees across rotating weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly schedules. Partner with regional HR managers and payroll administrators to troubleshoot issues and improve accuracy and compliance. Lead HRIS database management, audit payrolls, develop pay policies and procedures, and drive process transformation to eliminate manual work and reduce errors while supporting SOX documentation.

•Manage the payroll team, including recruitment, training, and development.
•Coordinate central payroll processes and oversee payroll processing for approximately 9,000 employees.

•Audit and review corporate payrolls for accuracy and compliance.
•Develop and implement pay policies and procedures; support ad-hoc reporting and maintain process controls and SOX documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or technical program.
•Minimum 5 years of payroll administration and processing experience.
•Knowledge of the Workday payroll system is required.

•Certified Payroll Professional certification; knowledge of Canadian payroll is a plus.
