Key Responsibilities

  • •Process financial service transactions accurately while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide tailored recommendations, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing the cash drawer within guidelines.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
