Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the operational point of contact for Canadian personnel and general managers: document, track, manage operational issues, resolve or escalate as needed.
  • •Champion PSD programming to ensure details are loaded and working correctly to help sales and minimize delays and downtime.
  • •Own inventory control: plan and execute annual physical inventory across the network, coordinate annual stock and achieve 98% accuracy.
  • •Plan and manage service capacity by working with center and branch operations managers to achieve the 3–5 day wait-time target.
  • •Prepare weekly and monthly tracking documentation and presentations for sales, repair capacity, production throughput, and related operational metrics; support audits and compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma from a community college or university (business major) and experience in a sales, marketing, or service environment.
  • •Highly motivated, hands-on person comfortable in a fast-paced retail I/C environment with competitive pressure.
  • •Strong knowledge of operational management and products, with the ability to implement sales and marketing programs across channels.
  • •Effective communication, leadership, negotiation, presentation, and consumer-facing skills; experience working directly with the public.
  • •Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; product usage and technical skills are an asset.
