Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee branch operations in the Montréal, Québec network, serving as the operational point of contact for issues, escalations, and program support (PSD). Own inventory control and annual physical counts with strong accuracy targets, plan service capacity to meet waiting-time goals, and manage parts configuration for a large set of spare parts. Prepare weekly/monthly performance documentation, support audit/compliance activities, and contribute to sales and service execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the operational point of contact to capture, track, resolve, and escalate issues for Canadian staff and general management.
•Champion PSD programming by ensuring program details load and function correctly to support sales and reduce delays and downtime.
•Plan and execute annual physical inventory across the network, coordinating stock activities and maintaining high accuracy.
•Plan and manage service capacity in coordination with center and branch operations managers to achieve a 3–5 day waiting-time target.
•Prepare weekly and monthly tracking documentation and presentations across sales, repair capacity, production throughput, and related KPIs; support audits and compliance activities.

Key Requirements

•College or university degree with a business major, plus experience in sales, marketing, or service environments.
•Strong knowledge of operational management, organization, and products, including the ability to implement sales and marketing programs across channels.
•Effective communication, leadership, negotiation, presentation, and consumer-facing skills, with direct public interaction experience.
•Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail/i/c environment.
•Proficiency with PC tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; product application and technical skills are an asset.
