Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 UX designers to elevate quality and adopt an AI-native, builder-first culture.
  • •Embed as a principal contributor on zero-to-one product bets, turning business requirements into functional browser prototypes to validate quickly.
  • •Safeguard user experience on flagship launches by unblocking initiatives through direct co-creation.
  • •Build AI-driven UX workflows and codify UI/UX patterns for human-in-the-loop interactions, AI trust mechanisms, and failure states.
  • •Partner with CPO/CTO, PMs, and engineering leadership to align design investment, set standards, and drive scalable UX across the portfolio.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product design/UX experience, including 5+ years leading and growing a design team.
  • •Experience operating as a systems thinker to design coherence across multiple products or teams.
  • •Strong technical fluency partnering with engineering on platform architecture, APIs, data models, and frontend framework tradeoffs.
  • •Experience building or scaling a design system, pattern library, or shared UX standards across a growing product surface.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted design and prototyping, able to rapidly turn ideas into working or near-working experiences.
