  • •Prepare business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate and property strategies, target operating models, and change management.
  • •Engage with clients at all levels, foster relationships, and manage client expectations and communications.
  • •Demonstrate programme management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills.
  • •Analyse data sets and present data-driven evidence to propose solutions.
  • •Travel as required and adapt to working across new sectors or environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (Batchelors)
  • •Project Management Qualification (e.g., Prince2, MSP) or equivalent experience
  • •Business Case Writing skills or equivalent experience
  • •Experience working collaboratively and managing change across multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Ability to work with large and complex datasets and to communicate findings effectively
