Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with consulting and client leadership to drive strategic and planning discussions, and cultivate/manage a pipeline of analytic work.
  • •Develop frameworks and solutions to address impactful opportunities and challenges, producing analyses and recommendations to improve client performance and growth.
  • •Lead and deliver consulting engagements end-to-end, including managing consultant teams, synthesizing recommendations, and preparing/delivering client presentations.
  • •Drive consulting business development by qualifying opportunities, guiding clients to correct engagement types, and securing new consulting assignments via proposals and pitches.
  • •Manage systems of record for pricing approvals, internal routing, legal/funding approvals, and accurate revenue recognition.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •5+ years of experience in the payments industry, preferably with cards portfolio management or relevant payments management experience in consulting firms.
  • •Strong client-facing experience presenting effectively to senior management with demonstrated executive presence.
  • •In-depth knowledge of payment schemes, including products, processes, and cards lifecycle management.
  • •Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) and proven leadership managing consulting engagements in matrixed organizations.
