Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee design, development, and transfer to production for avionics systems and electronics.
  • •Develop world-class processes, standards, and practices for avionics, including verification and validation of hardware, software, and complex electronics.
  • •Oversee and develop New Product Integration (NPI) process and NPI program management.
  • •Collaborate with management to develop product and manufacturing roadmaps and transfer to production.
  • •Develop and maintain common software, select components, and tooling that can be leveraged across the company.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or similar.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in avionics or electrical systems engineering.
  • •Demonstrable experience in configuration, integration, and testing of avionics systems.
  • •Experience working with autopilots, configuring CAN and RS232 interfaces, defining wiring diagrams, layouts, and wiring connectors.
  • •Awareness of Aerospace standards (DO-160, DO-178, DO-254) and full development, verification, and certification lifecycle for safety-critical avionics
