Job Summary

Drive sales and marketing of mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Build deep product and policy knowledge, provide mortgage clients sound advice based on their needs, and execute the referral process to connect clients to additional Truist solutions. Support mortgage loan fulfillment by following up on client, attorney, and appraiser documents during quality control or post-closing review.

•Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist Mortgage strategies, policies, and procedures, including secondary market investor guidelines.
•Comply with Truist policies and procedures and with state and federal rules and regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist Mortgage products and benefits.
•Execute Truist’s referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up for quality control or post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer registration and an NMLS acceptable background check.
