Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests immediately in a friendly and approachable manner and ensure they are well cared for.
  • •Engage guests, suggest premium menu items, and offer food and beverages from the bar.
  • •Prepare and serve drinks promptly while maintaining health and food hygiene practices.
  • •Set up, maintain, and keep beverage service areas stocked, organized, and sanitary; wash, polish, and store glassware.
  • •Maintain accurate spill logs, record breakages/wastages, and follow health & safety procedures; report IT security breaches to the IT Service Desk.
