Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to the portfolio Hardware team as Workday Mngr 2, with xEMs having dual reporting lines.
  • •Act as an engineering operational focal point within the team, providing leadership and direction to support project deliveries.
  • •Manage the team to meet operational needs, assign team members as required, communicate with project leads, and escalate to Portfolio HoED when issues can’t be resolved locally.
  • •Accurately capture and track demand, manage team size, and optimize resource allocation to best meet demand shown in S&OP.
  • •Drive collaboration across xEM, xARC and EDMs to ensure an effective workflow from requirements and solution design into system verification, validation, and qualification.
