Own and grow relationships with enterprise and emerging customers in the payments ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise and emerging customers in the payments ecosystem.
•Develop account plans including segmentation, usage analytics, growth potential, and revenue forecasting.
•Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue across the account portfolio.
•Build and maintain an expansion pipeline by tracking opportunities, forecasting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
•Ensure customer satisfaction and retention as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, including presenting business reviews and mentoring junior team members if applicable.
