Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and launch events for the Canadian market by supporting experience selection, securing venues, and coordinating construction/production needs with the Production team.
  • •Own projects end to end from project confirmation through construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations, driving timelines, deliverables, decisions, and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, creating structure, and driving decisions even when information is incomplete.
  • •Analyze and optimize performance by tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements.
  • •Drive revenue growth by managing P&Ls and monitoring sales targets while building partnerships with venues, agencies, and organizers.
