Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of Fever Originals events for the Canadian market, from selecting experiences and securing venues to overseeing construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations. Drive timelines, deliverables, cross-functional alignment, and stakeholder decisions in ambiguous environments. Monitor KPIs and optimize performance while managing P&Ls and partner relationships. Represent Fever externally at launches and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and launch events for the Canadian market by supporting experience selection, securing venues, and coordinating construction/production needs with the Production team.
•Own projects end to end from project confirmation through construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations, driving timelines, deliverables, decisions, and cross-functional alignment.
•Navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, creating structure, and driving decisions even when information is incomplete.
•Analyze and optimize performance by tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements.
•Drive revenue growth by managing P&Ls and monitoring sales targets while building partnerships with venues, agencies, and organizers.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years in a project management role, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders from planning through execution and reporting.
•Fluency in French and English is required; strong communication skills and relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
•Strong analytical and structured thinking to prioritize, delegate, and drive results across parallel workstreams.
•Highly organized and efficient, able to manage large workloads and evolving priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
•Experience in management consulting, project/partner management, or entrepreneurship with a proven delivery track record in fast-paced settings.
