Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain the strategic product roadmap for custody, settlement, safekeeping, fund services, and digital assets.
  • •Develop business cases and investment plans for future product capabilities.
  • •Lead product responses to regulatory developments impacting custody and securities services, working with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
  • •Translate strategic priorities into executable product initiatives and cross-functional delivery programs from concept through implementation.
  • •Engage clients, regulators, industry bodies, and partners to present product strategy, gather market intelligence, and support commercial efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in custody, securities services, asset servicing, post-trade infrastructure, or digital assets.
  • •Strong understanding of global markets, settlement, safekeeping, fund services, and securities operations.
  • •Experience leading strategic product management and transformation programs.
  • •Deep knowledge of emerging digital asset and tokenisation ecosystems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, regulators, and strategic clients.
