Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and advisory support across the client’s infrastructure portfolio.
  • •Oversee programme delivery, governance, procurement, and commercial framework development and implementation.
  • •Lead benchmarking and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.
  • •Support end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure programmes from planning and procurement through execution and close-out.
  • •Provide guidance on contract administration, commercial matters, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to enable senior-level decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Chartered status or professional accreditation from a recognized international institution.
  • •Minimum 20 years post-graduate experience, including 10 years in a senior leadership/director/advisory capacity.
  • •5 years of experience within Qatar and/or the GCC region.
  • •Demonstrated delivery of major infrastructure programmes and strong contract management knowledge, including FIDIC contracts, claims management, and EOT assessments.
