Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and implement sector strategy for the market in the operational area of responsibility, aligned to Europe-wide plans.
  • •Deliver robust contract delivery in country and drive organic growth and new business, including network development for senior relationships.
  • •Provide leadership to engage the sector country team and recruit, professionally manage, and develop Operational and Site Managers.
  • •Ensure compliance with local and Serco policies, practices, equipment, and working conditions, including health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • •Oversee ethical delivery and service performance against KPIs/SLAs and identify cross-selling opportunities across Europe to enhance Serco’s capabilities.
Travel: Extensive travel

  • •Lead and motivate teams, including matrix management, to deliver business strategy and operational outcomes.
  • •Provide full P&L responsibility and manage financial performance to revenue, profit, and cash targets.
